'My Card'

  1. THE “MY CARD” CLUB IS OPEN TO ADULTS ONLY (I.E. 16+). THE JOINING & CARD ACTIVATION FEE IS £10.

  2. SPEND £10 ON ANY SERVICES TO GET 5% BACK.

  3. POINTS ARE equivalent TO HALF POUND VALUE (I.E .1 POINT = 50p).

  4. THE CLUB CARD MUST BE PRESENTED AT POINT OF SALE TO EARN & REDEEM POINTS & ONLY AT THE TIME OF SALE, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

  5. CLIENTS NEED TO HAVE ACCUMULATED A MINIMUM OF 10 POINTS IN THEIR ACCOUNTS BEFORE THEY CAN BE REDEEMED AGAINST SERVICES.

  6. POINTS CAN BE USED FROM THE SECOND VISIT ONLY (I.E. NOT ON THEIR FIRST VISIT). Accumulated points can only be used to redeem AGAINST hairdressing services.

  7. POINTS ARE VALID FOR 12 MONTHS ONLY. CLUB CARDS & POINTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. POINTS ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.

  8. KIDS SERVICES, PRODUCTS & GIFT VOUCHERS ARE ALL EXCLUDED FROM THE CLUB, BOTH FOR ACQUIRING POINTS OR FOR USING POINTS TO PAY FOR KIDS SERVICES, PRODUCTS OR GIFT VOUCHERS.

  9. LOST CLUB CARDS WILL BE RE-ISSUED AT A COST OF £10.

  10. THE POINTS SYSTEM IS AUTOMATED, POINTS WILL EXPIRE AUTOMATICALLY AFTER TWELVE MONTHS AND WE HAVE NO WAY OF CHECKING WHEN SPECIFIC POINTS WILL EXPIRE – THEREFORE PLEASE USE POINTS REGULARLY.

  11. POINTS CANNOT BE ACQUIRED OR REDEEMED DURING COLOUR SALES, IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS OR ANY OTHER OFFERS. POINTS CANNOT BE AQUIRED OR USED ON GROUP TRANSACATIONS OR BE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER SALONS.  HAIR REPUBLIC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE THE "MY CARD” PRIVILEGES FROM ANY CLIENT, ALTER ITS TERMS & CONDITIONS OR TERMINATE THE PROGRAMME WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE AND AT ITS DISCRETION.

Silver Ticket

  1. You must be a new client to the Hair Republic Group to redeem a ‘Silver Ticket’.

  2. The ‘Silver Ticket’ can only be used on your 1st visit to discount a colour service or a cut & finish and must be produced to the cashier prior to payment - without exception.

  3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any Hair Republic Clubs, Corporate Cards, promotions or discounts.

  4. This ‘Silver Ticket’ can only be used by adults, is not valid within colour sales or on wash & finish services & must be used before the expiry date.

  5. This ‘Silver Ticket’ cannot be redeemed against retail products, is non-transferable and has no cash value.

  6. Hair Republic reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time, without notice & at its discretion.

'Loaf Card' Corporate Discount

  1. The "Loaf Card" Corporate Discount is open to adults only.

  2. "Loaf Cards" can only be used by registered, existing employees of the respective companies that are signed up to the ‘Loaf Card’ corporate discount scheme.

  3. “Loaf Cards" are non-transferable and can only be used by the named persons on the reverse of the card.

  4. To qualify for the Corporate Discount "Loaf Cards" must be presented at time of payment, without excepton. No card = no discount.

  5. The discount is set at 25% off all qualifying hair services including colour treatments.

  6. Available Monday – Friday, from 10am - 5pm only and this discount is not valid in the month of December.

  7. The "Loaf Card" Corporate Discount cannot be used against colour sales, or in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts and offers.

  8. Kids services, products & gift vouchers are all excluded from the "Loaf Card" corporate discount scheme.

  9. The "Loaf Card" cannot be used on group transacations. Lost "Loaf Cards" will be re-issued at a cost of £5.

  10. Hair Republic reserves the right to remove the "Loaf Card" Corporate Discount scheme from any client, alter its terms & conditions or terminate the programme without any prior notice and at it’s discretion.
