You will need to have at least 1-2 years experience on the salon floor (post training) and must be able to demonstrate exceptional standards of creativity and technical ability, as well as a proven history in outstanding customer service.
Ideally you should have proven experience as a senior stylist, and be confident at cutting, colouring and styling for both men and women.
The job requires a natural ability to build up a client base, work under pressure, set and achieve sales targets as well as constantly seeking to improve Hair Republic’s high standards of work.
