We are proud to work in partnership with Belu water, which funds clean water projects around the world. Every bottle we buy from Belu provides clean water to one person for a whole month! So far over 40,000 people in Bangladesh, India, Mali and Mozambique have benefitted from this fantastic scheme.

Fairtrade
We also choose to buy & provide our clients with Fairtrade tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. Fairtrade is a strategy for poverty alleviation and sustainable development in the developing world. Its purpose is to create opportunities for producers and workers who have been economically disadvantaged or marginalized by the conventional trading system. Fairtrade addresses the injustices of conventional trade, which traditionally discriminates against the poorest, weakest producers. It enables them to improve their position and have more control over their lives.
Alongside this, we help organise fun “support your stylist” events, aimed at raising money for various charities including the royal hospital for neuro-disability, race for life, great Ormond street & NSPCC.
Hair republic is extremely happy to also support on a local level, offering prizes for various school fetes & sponsoring the football kit of the sacred heart primary school team.
